Architect R. Brognard Okie designed many unique homes in the Philadelphia region between 1900 and 1945. These homes were a progression of the traditional Pennsylvania farmhouse. This 7,800 square foot new residence follows on Okie’s studies, integrating the unique intricacies of the 21st century home, including technology and lifestyles, in a millwork intensive and very traditional style.
