THE 14,000 SF KOSHER COMMISSARY, housed in a former telecommunication service facility, is designed to serve a regional state-of-the-art, gourmet Kosher catering service. The food preparation program required adherence to strict Kosher food standards, including separate meat, dairy and parve kitchens along with separate cleaning/wash, refrigeration/freezer and dry and food storage components. The food preparation program occupies 11,000 SF of the facility and houses over $1 million of food service equipment. The balance of the facility houses business operations, including reception and waiting area, tasting room, chefs’ office, and sales and executive offices.
