1901 ‘Clarke Residence’
Restoration of 1901 ‘Clarke Residence’
Haverford, Pennsylvania
Legendary architect William L. Price designed this home in 1901 for Louis Clarke, the founder of the Autocar Manufacturing Co. Through the use of historic photographs, a strong understanding of the period and previous restoration experience of other Price buildings, we were able to accurately restore and recreate lost features. A new modern kitchen rendered in the Gothic style was seamlessly merged into the fabric of the original structure.
