Space Planning & Feasibility Study
Outgrowing its leased space in the Swarthmore Train Station, The Lang Center for Civic and Social Responsibility needed room to grow. Swarthmore College asked ABA to provide a comparative space planning and feasibility study that investigated three venue options selected by the College as potential new headquarters for the Lang Center. The scope of the study included test fits of the Center’s space program in each possible site, identification and recommendation for predecessor or prerequisite projects that would be required to enable the Center’s relocation and comparative construction/ renovation cost estimates and project schedules.
